Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload with partner support
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings and motions
Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward
Qualification
Required
3–10+ years of civil litigation experience
Trial experience strongly desired
California Bar required
Insurance defense background
Solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience
A strong writer and communicator who thinks strategically
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
