Bank of Colorado is seeking a Loan Assistant II to support their loan department with advanced loan training and understanding. The role involves processing loans, assisting with loan closings, and maintaining accurate records while providing customer support regarding loan inquiries.

Responsibilities

Processes loans, which include: preparation work, computer input, review for accuracy, and follow-up

May assist with loan closings

Prepare reports for management

May assists with preparation of loans for loan committee, as needed

Establishes, maintains, and revises filing and record keeping articles, records, and other documents

Assists with customers in reference to loan questions or account questions

Assists with bill paying and GL entries

Exception tracking and review files for outstanding information

Loan Non-Post Review and Correction

Processes payments and reverse/correct payments (if needed)

Reviews loans in process to ensure they balance

Processes paid loans, release collateral, as needed

Book and complete loan process

Performs other duties as assigned
