Responsibilities
Assess current-state operations, define strategic priorities, and drive cross-functional transformation aligned to leadership goals
Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans to support scalable, efficient, and customer-focused change
Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and workflow vulnerabilities across business processes and systems
Embed controls, policies, and monitoring mechanisms into technology and operations to ensure adherence and continuous improvement
Lead Lean/Six Sigma-style process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and design streamlined workflows
Implement standardized frameworks, documentation, and procedures to support scalability, accountability, and operational efficiency
Define KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives; build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility
Translate data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions and improvement opportunities
Support end-to-end implementation of transformation initiatives, including execution, communication, and post-launch optimization
Drive stakeholder adoption through training, enablement, feedback loops, and ongoing refinement of solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping, business analysis, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
Experience working with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to align technology solutions with business needs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations Management, or related field, or similar years of relevant experience
