Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance standards

Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of all transactions

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and deliverables

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and warehouse cleanliness

Assist in troubleshooting issues related to inventory discrepancies or operational bottlenecks

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes
