Responsibilities

Participate actively in investment committee meetings and decision-making processes
Effectively communicate program objectives and constraints to clients and advisors, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations
Develop and implement effective hedging and overlay strategies in collaboration with advisors
Serve as a key resource for advisors on Lido’s defined outcomes and concentrated stock programs
Contribute to the management and optimization of Lido’s defined outcome programs, concentrated stock programs, and private funds
Assist in the development of new options-based products to enhance our offerings
Provide regular updates and reports directly to the firm’s Chief Investment Officer

Required

Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 7 years of experience with complex options structures
Demonstrate a high level of competency in options pricing models including Black-Scholes-Merton (BSM), Put-Call Parity (PCP), and Binomial pricing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and advisors in a clear, approachable, and relatable manner
Excellent organization and time management skills
