Responsibilities

Build and maintain our in-house annotation tracking system, enabling efficient labeling workflows and dataset versioning
Develop dashboards to visualize model metrics, compare between models to inform training and development decisions
Develop software that helps us validate and triage issues with customer uploaded datasets

Qualification

Required

Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building high quality tools in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
Proficiency in modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Flask) and comfort designing clean UI/UX for internal applications
Experience working with Postgres, including schema design, indexing, migrations, and secure access patterns
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, break down ambiguous requests, and deliver well-scoped solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Previous experience with internal tool development, developer productivity tools, or ML infrastructure is a strong plus
Experience with Vercel and AWS would be a plus
Experience with GIS would be a plus
