Responsibilities
Manage electrical or mechanical, HVAC, and piping projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
Lead project execution, including risk management, reporting, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to project teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing mechanical, HVAC, or piping projects in large commercial or industrial facilities
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel nationally for extended periods
Preferred
Experience with healthcare, data centers, or stadium construction is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
