Required
Active Certified Residential Appraiser

Motivated Self-starter with high energy
Efficient time management & results driven
Strong communication skills with attention to detail
Geographic competency in real estate trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
Ability to complete physical property inspections
No current or pending state disciplinary actions
Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
