Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion under the Job Order Contracting (JOC) framework

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions as needed

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
