Leading and growing our Sales Engineering team of former security practitioners
Architecting and managing our sales process from initial technical discovery, proper qualification, POV execution, and ultimately deal closure
Serving as the technical escalation point across strategic customer engagements
Ensuring every evaluation reflects clarity, execution discipline, and a high bar for technical depth

Qualification

Sales Engineering leadershipCybersecurity experiencePOV/POC managementProcess-driven mindsetExceptional communication

Required

Proven leadership building high-performing Sales Engineering teams – ideally within cybersecurity
A history of operating in or directly supporting real security operations
Hands-on experience owning and scaling POV/POC motions
A meticulous and process-driven mindset
A bias toward action and decision-making
Exceptional communication range, able to move fluidly between technical validation, SOC expert, and customer storytelling
