Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for risk analytics applications and platforms
Monitor and maintain systems leveraging Linux, Autosys, Hadoop, Spectrum Grid, ITRS, and Dynatrace
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues
Automate recurring operational tasks and improve monitoring/alerting frameworks
Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and configuration changes
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, risk controls, and audit requirements
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for knowledge sharing
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support coverage
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting
Hands-on experience with Autosys job scheduling and monitoring
Working knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem for large-scale data processing
Familiarity with Spectrum Grid for distributed computing and workload management
Experience with ITRS Geneos for real-time monitoring and alerting
Expertise in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics
Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams
Preferred
Exposure to risk analytics or financial services environments
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or Bash)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
