The role involves leading design projects, collaborating with various team members, and managing multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the agency's creative output.

Responsibilities

Work closely with creative team directors to lead design projects from brief to final delivery

Communicate clearly with managers to understand goals, objectives, and visual direction/strategy of the client

Communicate professionally with clients to set and exceed their expectations

Collaborate with designers, writers, animators, developers, and freelancers to elevate creative output

Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently

Keep files organized and accessible to the team on our server

Present creative work to clients and internal team for reviews

Use Adobe software with proficiency and be willing to learn other tools that may be necessary

Contribute to our collaborative culture and to the evolution of our internal processes

Work with creative team directors on your individual career development

Qualification

Graphic DesignMotion GraphicsAdobe SoftwareBFA in Graphic DesignDetail-oriented

Required

Strong design portfolio with a wide range of skills (print, digital, motion, etc)

Careful, detail-oriented designer

Track record of experience working as a designer

Proficiency in Adobe software

Willingness to learn other tools that may be necessary
