Responsibilities
Consulting on and participating in moderately complex Process Engineering initiatives and deliverables
Assisting in large-scale planning efforts related to process engineering activities
Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating moderately complex process challenges, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to assess variable factors
Supporting the resolution of issues and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet process engineering deliverables
Applying a solid understanding of Process Engineering principles, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Facilitating discovery sessions to redesign future-state processes
Creating and maintaining detailed process maps aligned with established process mapping standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on process engineering support
Facilitation of discovery workshops
Redesigning processes
Documenting processes accurately
Participation in planning activities tied to large-scale process engineering deliverables
Collaboration with client personnel to ensure high-quality outcomes
Consulting on and participating in moderately complex Process Engineering initiatives and deliverables
