Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, uncover and size areas of opportunity, and drive products from idea to concept before they’re handed off to be executed
Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth
Develop and maintain an integrated view of all major performance metrics across our active product portfolio
Conduct research and generate insights, use cases, and industry analyses to address potential future opportunities
Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to connect data points, generate deeper insights, and automate routine analysis where possible
Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic business reviews by utilizing advanced analytics techniques
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic product portfolio decisions
Identify and communicate risk and impacts of proposed solutions, along with risk mitigation options, considering the business implications of the application of the product concept
Provide support on requested tasks, organize tasks, communicate, and proactively report performance and develop next steps
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
1-2 years of experience in business analytics, product management or finance experience, preferable in the consumer-facing products, sales or financial services industry
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); AI modeling tools are a plus
Preferred
Proven ability to generate ideas and propose data-driven solutions that drive business improvements
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business narratives and strategic recommendations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity; adaptable and flexible in approach
