Senior Manager of Paid Social Creative Strategy
Printfresh LLC is a vibrant, creative brand specializing in beautifully designed pajamas, apparel, and lifestyle products. They are seeking an organized, results-driven Paid Media Strategist to oversee the creation and optimization of digital advertising content across multiple platforms, driving performance through compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

Responsibilities
Content Development: In collaboration with the creative and paid media teams, plan and execute 3-5 new diverse content concepts per week with 30-40 variations
Content Planning: Manage a content calendar for digital ads, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and optimized for each platform. Create clear briefs for designers, creators and copywriters
Testing & Iteration: Conduct and track creative tests to identify high-performing design and messaging variations, testing new ideas, and iterating on existing concepts. Optimize creatives to improve sales and performance KPIs significantly
Audience Targeting: Work with the paid media team to understand audience segments and develop content that speaks directly to customer personas and behaviors
Collaboration & Management: Work closely with the paid media, creative and merchandising teams to ensure ad calendar follows launch dates, promos, and stock availability, and quickly react to creative needs as they arise. Assist in the management of external partners, providing creative direction and feedback
Partner Management: Collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure diverse creative angles are continually generated and implemented across ad platforms
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Northbeam, and Meta Ads Manager. Generate strong insights to drive creative thinking and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies
Trend Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies to keep content fresh and competitive. Conduct competitor research for inspiration and trend insight
Graphic Design: As needed, make minor graphic design edits and assist in the production of high-quality, on-brand content using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or advertising, with a focus on paid media content creation
Proven experience developing content strategies and ad creatives for paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
Highly creative with a strong understanding of brand identity, messaging, and visual storytelling. Must possess a strong attention to detail
Clear understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to use them to guide content decisions
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad content based on data-driven insights
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of SEO principles is a bonus
Video editing software is a plus
