Responsibilities
Leading and coaching a team of Inside Sales Representatives (Catalog TARs) to achieve monthly/yearly sales goals
Assisting with recruitment, hiring, and training newly hired TARs
Conducting sales data analysis
Assisting with sales opportunities
Working collaboratively with Cintas Rental locations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet
2+ years' sales experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific end results
