Manager of In-Home Supports

The Kennedy Collective is a mission-driven nonprofit empowering people with disabilities to live, work, and thrive for more than 75 years. The Manager of In-Home Supports will lead a team to provide high-quality services, ensuring compliance and support for individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, supervise, and support in-home staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and team coverage to meet individual and family needs
Partner with families as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support
Monitor service quality, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with DDS and agency standards
Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate behavior supports into in-home services

Required

High school diploma
5+ years experience supporting individuals with neurological or developmental disabilities
Strong leadership, supervision, and coaching skills
Knowledge of DDS and community-based support services
Advanced computer skills (electronic health records, Microsoft Office, billing)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and schedule flexibility (nights/weekends as needed)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred

bachelor's degree in a behavioral science
