Professional Services Account Executive
Talent Harbor is a fast-growing consulting firm that helps mid-market companies accelerate growth with fractional CMOs and CSOs. They are seeking a Professional Services Account Executive to build and grow a network of CEOs and Private Equity leaders in the NYC Metro area, nurturing long-term relationships and connecting clients with their Partners.
Responsibilities
Be the face of our firm in the NYC Metro area
Build and grow a network of CEOs, Private Equity firms, and centers of influence
Attend events, coffees, lunches, and networking functions every week
Identify when a CEO or PE-backed company is ready for growth leadership and connect them with our Partners
Nurture long-term relationships — this is not transactional sales
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling professional services or consulting (not SaaS, not retail)
Existing network or strong ability to connect with mid-market CEOs and Private Equity leaders
Track record of building business through referrals and relationships
Polished communicator, confident in executive-level conversations
Must be based in the NYC Metro Area
