Responsibilities
Pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability
Responsible for business generation as it relates to prospecting and securing individual corporate accounts on behalf of the hotel
Soliciting and securing business from key travel industry sources
Ensuring quotas and goals are met and ensuring that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success
Responsible for booking the fabulous Entertainment Groups
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business
Ability to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability
Responsible for business generation as it relates to prospecting and securing individual corporate accounts
Ability to ensure quotas and goals are met
Focus on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel's success
High degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision-making
Responsible for booking Entertainment Groups
