IMA Financial Group, Inc. is offering a summer internship opportunity for 2026, allowing interns to engage directly with the company's values-driven culture and gain valuable experience. Interns will perform various responsibilities including data entry, client support, and onboarding activities while developing knowledge of benefit plans and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and maintain accurate client and internal records

Provide enrollment and billing support for the Account Management team

Update information across internal systems and tools

Print, bind, and ship client materials and deliverables as necessary

Assist with onboarding activities for new clients

Respond to routine client questions and service requests

Develop foundational knowledge of benefit plans and compliance requirements

Compile and support creation of benchmarking reports and benefit guides

Prepare RFP materials and conduct basic plan and contract comparisons

Complete assigned tasks with appropriate oversight and guidance

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
