Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling Field Operations to exceed client expectations
Enhancement Sales on existing properties
Proactively Communicating with Clients
Field work in order to maintain properties and provide excellent service
Full-scope Management of a commercial property portfolio - field work, client-facing and admin responsibilities
Fostering a work environment where Safety is recognized as "The Tool for Life"
Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service
Qualification
Required
A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style
Associate's Degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or a related major strongly preferred; relevant experience will be considered
One to three years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm
Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience a plus
Passion for client service
Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus
