Responsibilities

Acts as a technical consultant to the enterprise, helps identify major areas of development, leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products

Assists in data migration, managing the use of Oracle data loading tools for both initial loads and ongoing data transformation

Develops custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher

Proactively assists the Technical Services Manager in providing technical support for the Oracle HCM Cloud and E-Business Suite

Design and Develop RICEF objects for Human Resources, Payroll and Core HR modules

Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM projects

Proactively identifies areas of process improvement and assists in their implementation

Required

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area required

2+ years of technical experience writing SQL queries in Oracle database

Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

5+ years of technical experience in HR applications

Technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - HR, Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation Management modules

Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure

Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Emerson

Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project goals
