Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage full sale cycle pipeline, following up on warms leads to closing
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, consultative guidance tailored to each client’s needs with empathy, professionalism, and transparency
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and warm leads
Achieve daily metrics and monthly targets to drive personal and team success
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
Uphold the company’s ethical and client-focused standards in all interactions
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of full-time (post-grad) sales experience
A hunger for success, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow
Excitement to join a dynamic, in-person team full-time
Driven by both personal and team success
Strong active listening skills and an empathetic, consultative approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Self-starter mentality with a track record of personal and professional achievement
Preferred
Experience with Excel and CRM systems is a plus
Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred
