Responsibilities

You’ll act as a key member of our team, and as we grow, you’ll be expected to oversee our technicians
With the assistance of our extensive training programs, you’ll be setting the example for relentless customer service
This role is on call 24/7 but will be on a rotation basis
If you’re on call, you’ll need to report to the North River warehouse quickly
Overnight and weekend calls are not common, but when they come in, we need to respond
We believe in education and certifying our staff

Required

Able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion
Hands-on, likeable person who thrives on helping others
Ability to gain immediate trust with clients
Compassionate and efficient in helping clients understand the remediation process
Reasonable driver with a clean driving record
Willingness to be on call 24/7 on a rotation basis
Completion of a training program including extensive on-the-job training
Background check including driving record verification
