Carepool is seeking a highly motivated early-career AI professional with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and hands-on development of chatbots. The role involves designing and deploying LLM-powered chatbots, developing conversational AI tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven solutions for operational challenges.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered chatbots to support internal teams and customer-facing workflows

Develop conversational AI tools that automate routine tasks, improve information access, and streamline business operations

Work closely with cross-functional partners (Ops, Support, HR, Sales, Engineering) to understand pain points and translate them into AI-driven solutions

Fine-tune or customize LLMs to improve accuracy, context understanding, and response quality

Integrate third-party APIs, internal systems, and data sources to make chatbots more dynamic and functional

Monitor and iterate on chatbot performance using analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing

Ensure AI solutions follow best practices in security, privacy, and responsible use

Required

Experience working with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) and related frameworks like LangChain, Vector Databases, or RAG pipelines

Hands-on experience building and deploying chatbots for real use cases—internal tools, workflow automation, customer support, knowledge retrieval, or similar

Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and iterative improvement

Ability to write clean, efficient code in Python or JavaScript (or willingness to learn quickly)

Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into working prototype tools
