Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts across federal agencies, with a focus on DoD, VA, and other mission-critical clients
Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, client engagement, and strategic networking
Develop and maintain relationships with contracting officers, program managers, and decision-makers within federal agencies
Collaborate with MCFA’s technical teams to shape proposals and solutions that align with client needs
Track performance metrics, pipeline development, and win rates—using data to drive continuous improvement
Represent MCFA at industry events, conferences, and federal procurement forums

Required

Proven experience in federal business development, sales, or capture management

Excellent communication, negotiation, writing and presentation skills
Demonstrated capability of the Sales and Capture Management process
