Operations Manager - White Station
Orion Federal Credit Union is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage the branch office. This role involves ensuring quality service to members, managing branch staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff, maintaining effective employee relations
Open and close the branch
Maintain staffing standards according to branch FTE analysis. Complete monthly branch schedule to ensure adequate staff for efficient branch operation
Adheres to company policies and procedures. Ensures the branch is compliant with federal and state laws and agency regulations
Monitor and track branch activity, including number of transactions, consumer loan volume, and new memberships and cross sell activity, while monitoring errors. Coach/Counsel staff as necessary in these areas
Manage the security and safety of the branch. Analyze and monitor security and safety policies and procedures on an on-going basis
Ensure that staff receives on-going training on security and robbery procedures
Conduct loan interviews. Process, approve and/or close loans in accordance with established policies and guidelines
Maintain an adequate supply of starter checks and cashier’s checks in the branch
Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems
Maintain Credit Union benchmark score or above member surveys
Maintain ongoing coaching and counseling with team as necessary
Serve as main vault custodian for the branch, which includes ordering the cash and currency, verifying cash received, maintaining full vault security, and balancing vault cash nightly
Investigate teller losses and institute corrective flow of work and/or corrective disciplinary actions where required
Responsible for ensuring all operational reports are completed and delivered to the Retail Director and Operations Support Specialist by the 5th day of each month

Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of credit union or banking products and services
Knowledge of branch functions, policies and procedures
Minimum of three (3) years sales experience
Strong interpersonal, leadership, sales and supervisory skills
Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow
Ability to multitask and complete all assignments by provided deadlines
Successful candidates must pass pre-employment credit checks, background checks, and drug screens
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
