Responsibilities

Provide Systems Engineering leadership for RF payload design, build, and test

Provide RF Systems design leadership and advice as part of multi-disciplinary teams, assessing and developing system designs which satisfy customer business requirements

Provide RF Systems input to deliverables based on program requirements, including requirements, analysis, CONOPs, V&V, Design Reviews, AIT plans, operations plans

Support supplier selection, supplier contract negotiation, and supplier oversight

Assessing and managing risk and risk mitigation activities

Identifying technical issues and proactively implement resolution to mitigate schedule and cost impacts
