Moving completed parts to the next operation with the necessary paperwork
Verifying part counts
Utilizing our ERP system (Global Shop Solutions) for all production functions and reporting
Disposing of scrap parts
Prioritizing and scheduling jobs in conjunction with section leads and supervisors
Preparing for and performing regularly scheduled production meetings
Communicating with customers answering order status questions and providing delivery updates
Communicating with suppliers regarding sub-contract processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in manufacturing
Experience with ERP systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
2+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing
Degree in manufacturing or engineering related field
