Director of Affiliate Growth

Tort Intake Professionals is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead performance and growth across their affiliate sales channel. The role focuses on increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, and driving overall sales performance for affiliates promoting their debt resolution legal services.

Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and present Legacy’s consumer rights and debt relief programs to potential affiliates, clearly articulating the business value and partnership benefits
Negotiate and execute affiliate contracts, ensuring all agreements align with company
Partner with sales teams and affiliate operations to ensure a smooth transition for sales floors converting to full affiliate partnerships
Maintain ongoing relationships with active affiliates to drive engagement, growth, and retention
Monitor performance metrics and reporting to identify opportunities for optimization and support affiliate success
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations teams to align strategy, share insights, and improve the affiliate experience
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Analyze pipeline, conversion rates, and key revenue metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Conduct regular affiliate performance reviews, setting expectations and driving continuous improvement
Build scalable processes and best practices to increase productivity, efficiency, and results
Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and sales forecasting
Stay current on industry trends, competitive movements, and legal changes affecting the debt relief space
Hire and manage sales reps as the company grows or other verticals are identified

Required

Experienced and results-driven Sales Manager
Proven in successfully improving sales results in a compliant and highly regulated environment
Strategic and highly analytical
Ability to prospect, pitch, and present consumer rights and debt relief programs to potential affiliates
Experience negotiating and executing affiliate contracts
Ability to partner with sales teams and affiliate operations
Experience maintaining ongoing relationships with active affiliates
Ability to monitor performance metrics and reporting
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations teams
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
