Responsibilities
Project Management of HR's scale projects including building voice of business, improvement opportunities and stakeholder engagement and change management plans to roll out new projects or programs across HR and the business
Project Manage or guide the project management and process improvement activities of recommended improvements
Host ‘replay and reflect’ discussions at the close of each project
Support the continued evolution of HR's Project Management Office
Qualification
Required
Knowledgeable in Project Management, Process Improvement and Change Management philosophies
Ability to build rigorous project approach, timelines and execution plans
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Strong Project Management skillset, with a passion for process improvement
Experience building a project governance structure and overseeing multiple projects to launch at the same time
Knowledge of Smartsheet an advantage
Knowledge of HR systems, connections with HR stakeholders and user interfaces an advantage
Able to quickly build strong relationships across HR and stakeholders
Demonstrate data driven decision making, analytical skills and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline preferred
PMP certification preferred
