SESAC Music Group is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to join their team at the Harry Fox Agency. The role involves executing internal processes related to composition, licensing, and recording metadata while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Execution of all aspects of the license life cycle, including rate changes, publisher approvals, license issuance, voiding & reissuing

Onboard new Licensees and RumbleFish clients and overseeing their day-to-day processes

Participating in efforts to grow/strengthen HFA’s Recording Metadata database by linking third-party sound recordings and HFA compositions

Collaborating across the department and tech team to document and track bug and task tickets relating to our internal and external platforms

Collaborating with Finance to ensure client payment inquiries are tracked and resolved in a timely manner

Managing and tracking various ticketing platforms to monitor the time to resolution and ensuring workflow efficiency

Participating in copyright research projects and activities

Preparing special reports and analytics as requested
