Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance
Serve as a liaison between technical team and the stakeholders
Designing and developing new functions or improving existing ones
Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience
Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities
Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files
Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure that they meet stated requirements
Provide technical support to end users and helping them troubleshoot issues with software applications

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems), or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance
Serve as a liaison between technical team and the stakeholders

Preferred

5-8 years, working as part of a team as a consultant; to Intel customers a plus
Prior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
