They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their energetic team, responsible for multi-channel outreach and managing sales activities to achieve quotas while also training junior SDRs.

Responsibilities

Multi-channel cold outreach to at least 80+ prospects a day
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM
Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings set
Train junior SDRs after a few months of joining
Constantly raise the bar and improve performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, communication or a related field
No formal sales experience is required for this role
Prior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and a strong desire to succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
