Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through our engaging digital platform
Collaborate with an experienced & supportive clinical team
Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.)
Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & more
Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible
Qualification
Required
Ph. D or Psy. D
3+ years clinical experience + 500 supervised hours
Active license to practice in California
Strong therapeutic foundation + passion for client care
Preferred
EAP experience
Speak multiple languages
