Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end localization workflow, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across global markets and different localization areas such as: UI: desktop, mobile, WebApp, License distribution platform, Help files, Zendesk articles, Email templates, Proprietary datasets
Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization and external contractors across multiple time zones to ensure software localization projects fulfil their requirements and are executed on time
Ensure features are not just translated but also relevant in the target culture and accurate in a technical and functional sense in the context of Logos Bible Software
Help balance team workloads, manage deadlines, and anticipate bottlenecks to keep projects on track
Use a combination of internal tools such as JIRA, to track progress, increase efficiency, identify risks, and report on key milestones keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout project execution
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management/coordination expertise that includes working cross-functionally in a professional setting
Proficiency with translation management systems such as CrowdIn and TextUnited
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks on similar timelines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with strong problem solving skills
Strong understanding of quality assurance and linguistic review workflows
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Business Apps
Competence in project management tools such as JIRA
Basic understanding of HTML/XML
Preferred
Experience in localization project management, preferably in software localization
Familiarity with Logos Bible Software
