Business Revenue Manager – FIFA World Cup 26™ | All Host Cities
FIFA World Cup 2026™ is a major international sporting event that will be hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The Manager, Venue Revenue Management will play a crucial role in overseeing revenue streams related to food and beverage, parking, and other ancillary services during the tournament.
Responsibilities
Oversee Concessions Program relating to F&B financials
Establish walk thru schedules with Concessionaire to monitor any issues on match days
Working with the Transport Team to manage parking revenue and on-site spectator parking operational plans
Coordinate data integration with the FIFA26 Business Intelligence teams
Identify operational issues onsite on match day which may affect revenue
Assist with financial settlements for both Concessionaire and Spectator Parking partner
Assist FIFA26 Finance Venue Rep with preparation for settlements
Prepare daily match day status reports for direct reports and the larger Venue Business Strategy team
Effective communication with venue representatives and on-site FIFA26 representatives
Assist FIFA26 Partner Rights Delivery as it relates to commitments to FIFA26 partners on food & beverage
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of leadership experience in a management role within a sports & entertainment venue, music festivals and/or Professional Sports team
Experience in managing budgets and analyzing forecasts
Fluent in English required
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and data reporting platforms
Familiarity with POS systems, F&B analytics platforms, and venue revenue dashboards
Ability to work with Business Intelligence systems and integrate multiple data sets
Strong documentation and reporting skills in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Monday.com
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred by not required
Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
