Responsibilities
Manage calendar
Make travel arrangements
Process travel and expense reports in a timely manner
Answer and screen phone calls, track messages, and respond to routine inquiries
Organize and coordinate meetings including contacting participants, arranging venue, ordering supplies and refreshments
Manage mail
Make photocopies and send faxes
Create and maintain department files
Order supplies
Type and format correspondence, memos, letters reports, and presentations
Administer or coordinate special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years' administrative support experience; minimum of 3 years experience supporting a senior level executive
Confidentiality a must - high level of trust and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to follow through on routine matters without supervision
