Senior LevelPerficient is seeking a Senior Counsel – Commercial Transactions to join their Legal department. This role involves providing expert legal guidance for commercial transactions and ensuring compliance with laws while partnering with various corporate functions to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Providing expert legal guidance and support for a broad range of commercial transactions
Partner closely with all of Perficient’s corporate functions and departments
Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements and complex contractual engagement structures
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Support contract operations improvement initiatives
Help optimize legal processes in alignment with Perficient’s strategic goals
Interact with and provide experienced transactional guidance to members of Perficient’s executive and senior leadership teams
Interact and partner with internal stakeholders in all corporate departments
Engage with external and opposing counsel in complex commercial negotiations
Manage all or some aspects of Perficient’s contract administrator team within the Legal department
Qualification
Required
Expert legal guidance and support for a broad range of commercial transactions
Experience with transactions involving strategic partners, clients, contractors, vendors, and licensors
Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate agreements and complex contractual engagement structures
Experience in managing enterprise risk while driving business growth
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Support contract operations improvement initiatives
Optimize legal processes in alignment with strategic goals
Excellent communication skills
Confidence and ability to engage with executive and senior leadership teams
Ability to interact and partner with internal stakeholders in all corporate departments
Experience engaging with external and opposing counsel in complex commercial negotiations
Ability to manage all or some aspects of Perficient's contract administrator team within the Legal department
