Lead architectural design for retail and mixed-use projects from concept through construction administration

Develop compelling design narratives, presentation materials, and detailed drawing packages

Oversee project workflows, schedules, and consultant coordination

Mentor junior designers and architects as required

Ensure all work adheres to applicable codes, permitting requirements, and project budgets

Collaborate closely with clients, fabricators, and internal team members to bring concepts to life

Conduct site visits, field surveys, and construction observations as needed
