Responsibilities

Verify materials being used in accordance to the manufacturing plan; using a computer program to print out materials forms

Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; reporting all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor

Select the determined material, cut Prepreg material either using templates, 3 axis CNC machine or computer-based program according to Standard Work Instructions for each part, roll material into cardboard tube for support, and attach part tag in preparation for delivery to layup

Adhere to schedules and time allowances for production requirements; ensuring that the materials provided contain sufficient hours to produce a part without violating specification requirements

Required

Able to communicate questions and concerns with others in work group

Ability to read and understand detailed instructions

Basic computer skills

Preferred

Experience in composites preferred

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Two years or more of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred
