Support and educate guests on the grain-to-glass process
Manage pre- and post-tasting logistics, including setup and bottle conversion
Maintain a clean, organized tasting space
Input guest contact info into CRM platform for follow-up marketing
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge and passion for whiskey and premium spirits
Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities
Weekend/evening availability required

Hospitality experience preferred
