Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and sponsorship of project management tools and software that improve communication, collaboration, transparency, and schedule tracking across project teams

Drive continuous improvement in project execution strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure the local project portfolio is managed consistently using best practices, standards, and policies

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the escalation point for project management issues. Guide PMs in following directives, improving processes, and leveraging lessons learned for continuous improvement

Develop, maintain, and train teams on all local project management processes, procedures, and work instructions within the quality management system, ensuring compliance and consistency

Provide leadership for facility operations, equipment maintenance, and material handling—including receiving, warehousing, shipping, and reverse logistics. Oversee facility security and partner with business units to enhance material flow and operational efficiency

Lead major projects such as inventory optimization, large trade shows, facility-wide CAPEX initiatives, and business integration efforts. Ensure alignment with leadership objectives and maintain monthly reporting

Promote and uphold a strong HSE culture across all project operations
