Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Aegis (Factory Logix) software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems

Configure and optimize Aegis (Factory Logix) workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization

Develop and maintain documentation of Aegis (Factory Logix) configurations, workflows, and best practices

Provide training and support to end-users on Aegis (Factory Logix) functionality and best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve Aegis (Factory Logix) issues, collaborating with Aegis support teams as needed

Required

5+ years of experience in SMT manufacturing operations, with a focus on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation and management

Strong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes

Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving

Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with integrating MES with ERP system

Experience with Aegis (Factory Logix) MES software

Lean Manufacturing Principles

Understanding of Shop Orders, Routings and Product Structures

Bachelor's degree in information systems preferred, Industrial Engineering or a related field
