Inside Sales Specialist
ABB is a global market leader in high-power, high-performance motors, drives, generators, and power conversion solutions. In this role, you will support the front-end sales team by providing accurate quotes for low voltage drives products and take ownership of sales support procedures and tools.

Responsibilities
Provide customers with timely and accurate quotes for standard low voltage drives products
Set up, automate, and maintain the processes and tools (such as SAP, eCommerce platforms, internal drive selection tools) to empower our customers going digital and being self-sufficient
Provide customers with guidelines and instructions to ensure superior buying journey
Support implementing pricing strategy, risk management
Build reports and dashboard to gain insights of our performance and customer behaviors for continuous improvement
Collaborate with ABB internal stakeholders (front end sales, product management, execution, tool owners, etc.) to maximize the results
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 5 years of experience OR alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
Detail oriented, strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Experiences with sales tools and processes
Travel from 10-20% required
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
Preferred experience in STEM related field
