Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and teams, ensuring an efficient and consistent process
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, and events
Conduct structured and thoughtful screens to assess skills, communication, and alignment with Arch’s culture and values
Coordinate interviews and manage communication to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements, candidate profiles, and decision-making frameworks
Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Support process documentation and scaling efforts as the recruiting function grows
Contribute to employer brand initiatives and community engagement that expand Arch’s talent reach
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
Experience supporting some portion of technical hiring (e.g., engineering, data, or technical-adjacent roles)
Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with candidates and hiring managers
Strong judgment in evaluating both skills and potential
Comfortable working across a variety of functions and adapting to shifting priorities
Proactive, resourceful, and energized by sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience
Enthusiasm for improving processes and helping build scalable recruiting systems
