Responsibilities

Build and deploy propensity, uplift, and engagement ML models for a real-time decisioning platform

Deliverables include production-ready models, training pipelines, monitoring, explainability artifacts, and integration support

Qualification

PythonXGBoost/LightGBMDatabricks/SparkMLflowGenAI toolsOperationalizing MLSoft skills

Required

8+ years of experience in Python, XGBoost/LightGBM, Databricks/Spark, MLflow, and feature stores

5+ years of experience operationalizing ML in production with low-latency scoring

5+ years of experience in using of GenAI tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot) is required
