Responsibilities

Serve as the Senior Executive presenting to the most Strategic Enterprises
Lead solutions and Business Development activities in the North American Market
Prospect clients’ needs by understanding current requirements and help translate those needs into customized solutions
Act as a trusted Client Advisor and Mentor to Internal Solutions Consultants
Build Customized Solutions for HLS Industry Clients
Be an Advisor to Key HLS Clients on Business Strategy topics
Demonstrate Program Management and Delivery Expertise of IT Solutions
Build and deepen Executive Relationships with Strategic Customer Base
Lead and manage entire Business-Cycles and understand associated Legal and Business Risks
Lead detailed Account Strategy in generating Business Growth Opportunities
Run and manage a Complex Global Account with Multiple Opportunities
Drive 10x ROI for clients and drive the adoption of strategy
Be a Tactful Collaborator, Coach and Mentor to build a Team that engages with stakeholders
Identify opportunities for leveraging IT related solutions programs

Qualification

HLS Industry ExpertiseProgram ManagementBusiness DevelopmentData SciencesData EngineeringAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsInterpersonal SkillsTeam Management

Required

Minimum of 10 years' experience in the analytics, machine learning, information technology or consulting space
Competency and interest in data sciences and data engineering
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience
Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team management skills
A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced yet open and transparent work culture
Has the ability to execute equally well while creating new initiatives or stepping into ambiguity
Ability to navigate complex deals and successfully roadmap multi-year horizons with clients
Is deeply curious about innovations related to the AI/ML, across HLS and other industries
Has a nimble operating capacity with demonstrated cross functional acumen which moves the client experience needle
