Responsibilities
Support and coach educators to meet professional development goals
Organize Professional Development days, manage vendor communication, and assist with logistics
Assist with NAEYC accreditation and other quality improvement standards
Monitor educational progress for all center based educators and program administrators
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff educational support
Collaborate with higher education institutions, state agencies, and community partners
Provide classroom support and maintain close communication with Program Directors
Qualification
Required
Knowledgeable about early education standards, quality measurement, and EEC/NAEYC regulations
Hold a Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of Early Childhood Education experience
Are Teacher or Lead Teacher certified through the Department of Early Education and Care
Are flexible, collaborative, and willing to travel locally
