Enterprise Sales Account Manager
DRB, a leading provider of technology-enabled devices and software solutions to the North American car care industry, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Manager. This role focuses on increasing market share at DRB customers, fostering relationships, and ensuring customer success through the utilization of DRB products and services.
Responsibilities
Works with customers and DRB teams to ensure customer success, balancing customer objectives with DRB Systems objectives
Advises customers on products, services, and best practices
Conducts outgoing calls to provide information and generates interest in DRB Systems products
Qualifies, demos, and closes sales opportunities for system orders and add on modules
Assists implementation and operations teams as an advisor and leader to facilitate customer success and create recognized value in products
Relates well with peers and managers in all other departments
Understand customer issues while developing expertise in specialty area
Responds to customer requests and comments, seeking solutions as quickly as practical
Guides customers through DRB’s processes and departments to ensure a positive experience
Participates in product design teams to ensure customer requests are properly communicated
Performs all other duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of sales experience plus degree or equivalent with a combination of education, training, and experience
Willingness to travel domestically up to 2 weeks per month to customers and trade shows
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Valid United States Driver's license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Salesforce proficiency a plus
Ability to acquire a US passport a plus
